Company: GMC Studies Bangladesh Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Employment Type: Full-time Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212 Job Responsibilities *Follow up and communicate with leads generated through Meta/Facebook Ads. *Call prospective students, understand their study plans and provide relevant information. *Professionally handle student queries received through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other social media platforms. *Counsel and convince prospective students to visit the office or schedule an appointment with our counsellors. *Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and ensure proper lead management. *Build and maintain positive relationships with students and prospective applicants. *Provide basic information about study destinations, universities, admission requirements and application procedures. *Coordinate with counsellors and other departments to ensure smooth student communication. *Assist students with document collection, sorting and initial checking. *Prepare and update students' CVs/Resumes when required. *Assist with other student application-related tasks as assigned. *Participate in creating short-form video reels/content for GMC Studies' social media platforms. *Support the marketing and counselling team in various promotional activities. *Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, appointments and student communication. *Perform other responsibilities related to the CRO position as assigned by management. Qualification: *Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Tele-sales, Student Consultancy, Education Consultancy, *Sales or a similar position is preferred. *Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply. *Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English, both verbal and written. *Strong interpersonal, presentation and convincing skills. *Comfortable communicating with students over the phone and through social media.
