Education: Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience: 1–2 years in Sales/Customer Service preferred. (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply). Language Skills: Fluency in Bangla and English (spoken & written). Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of IT/Software industry and MS Office.
