Position • Customer Service Executive Job Location • BSCIC, Tongi, Gazipur Employment Type • Full-Time Salary • BDT 10,000 – 15,000 per month • Salary will depend on experience and qualifications Key Responsibilities • Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries via telephone, mobile, and WhatsApp • Create, monitor, and assign support tickets to relevant departments for timely issue resolution • Perform accurate bill entry and maintain customer billing records • Conduct billing-related calls and assist customers with payment and account-related queries • Provide professional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service requests • Coordinate with technical and administrative teams when necessary • Follow company policies and maintain service quality standards Educational Qualification • Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering — CSE • B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering — CSE graduates are encouraged to apply • Candidates with CCNA and/or MTCNA certification will be given high preference Skills & Competencies • Basic computer literacy, including MS Office • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities • Customer service experience will be considered an advantage • Tech-savvy and customer-focused mindset Location Requirement • Must be willing to work from the office located at BSCIC, Tongi, Gazipur Compensation & Benefits • Monthly salary: BDT 10,000 – 15,000 • Yearly salary review • Performance-based salary increment • Company-provided accommodation for male employees • Friendly and supportive working environment • Professional growth and career development opportunities
