Customer Service Executive

Title: Customer Service Executive Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Remote & In-House Working Hours: 9 hours shift (Roster Basis) Vacancy: 4 Key Responsibilities: • Provide 24/7 customer support via instant messaging (Airbnb inbox and related platforms) • Respond promptly and professionally to guest and host inquiries and help maintain high review ratings • Handle bookings, cancellations, key or lockbox management. • Resolve concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations • Maintain accurate records of customer communications • Support general hospitality operations as required • Inspect properties before and after guest stays to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met • Report and help resolve maintenance issues promptly ​ Requirements: • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Experience in Airbnb or hospitality customer service is preferred • Freshers and candidates with a minimum of one year of experience are welcome to apply • A-Level graduates are preferred • Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights • Ability to manage multiple tasks and properties efficiently • Professional, friendly, and guest-focused attitude • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working both remotely and in-house Salary & Benefits: • Monthly Salary: BDT 25,000 – 30,000 • 2 Festival Bonuses per year as per company policy • Supportive and professional working environment How to Apply: Interested candidates are requested to send their CV to crestviewconsultancyltd@gmail.com For inquiries, please contact: 01711-264-654 Application Deadline: 25th February 2026 Company Information Crestview Consultancy Ltd.
