Job Responsibilities: Handle assigned tasks and assist customers over the phone with financial bill inquiries and related issues. Requirements: • Minimum HSC or graduate • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Data entry) • Fluent in Bengali and English (both spoken and written) • Must be willing to work overtime when required • Freshers are welcome to apply Benefits: • Basic Salary: 15,000 Tk • Full Attendance Bonus: 2,000 Tk • Performance Bonus: Up to 15,000 Tk (Based on target achievement) • Choose 1 weekly holiday as per your preference (Friday off is not guaranteed)
