Job Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, Phone Call & Email.
• Handle Social Media Pages and Business Communication professionally.
• Communicate with potential customers and understand their business requirements.
• Qualify leads and schedule ERP demonstrations for the Sales Team.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support and Implementation Teams.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and timely communication.
• Prepare Daily Communication & Lead Reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree / BBA / MBA / Honors in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Customer Service, CRM, Call Center, Digital Communication or Sales Support will get preference.
