Job Requirements and Details:Work Schedule:The position requires working from the office. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break in the afternoon.Key Responsibilities:-Responding to customer inquiries on the page-Calling customers to confirm website orders-Resolving customer issues and concerns-Answering calls from delivery agents and assisting with their queriesRequired Skills:-Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM)-Strong understanding of English and ability to write accuratelyLeave Policy:Weekly off on Fridays, and 5 days of leave for each of the two Eids.Salary:First 3 months (probation period): BDT 16,000 per monthAfter probation: BDT 20,000 per month
