Responsibilities : Deliver bank documents, including debit/credit cards, cheque books, and other confidential materials, to customers safely and on time. Verify customer identity before handing over confidential documents. Ensure the security and confidentiality of all documents during transportation and delivery. Maintain accurate delivery records and submit daily delivery reports. Collect customer acknowledgments and required signatures upon successful delivery. Coordinate with the operations team regarding delivery schedules and status updates. Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously. Immediately report any delivery issues, lost documents, or customer concerns to the supervisor. Follow company policies and banking compliance procedures at all times. Ensure assigned routes are completed efficiently while maintaining service quality.
