Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing complete jacket/outerwear production operations. • Ensure production targets are met through effective line balancing and capacity planning. • Monitor and control production metrics including SMV, productivity, and DHU. • Supervise heavy fabric operations, including quilting, padding, and finishing processes. • Minimize production downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). • Collaborate with IE, QA, Maintenance, and Planning teams to ensure seamless workflow. • Maintain smooth industrial relations and resolve operational conflicts effectively. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and buyer-specific quality protocols. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: B.Sc. in Textile, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution (DUET, KUET, RUET, BUTEX graduates preferred). • Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of practical experience in woven garment manufacturing, with proven experience in a managerial role within a jacket/outerwear division. • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in puffer jackets, denim jackets, technical outerwear, or heavy woven garments. • Competencies: Proficient in SMV tracking, lean manufacturing practices, layout optimization, and capacity management. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.
