Job Responsibilities: • Manage Facebook page, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn with a monthly content calendar. • Create posts, reels and short videos on study destinations, scholarships, intakes and visa updates in Bangla and English. • Shoot and edit reels, short videos and student testimonial videos for social media. • Run and optimize Facebook/Instagram lead-generation ads through Meta Ads Manager; run basic Google Ads campaigns. • Reply to page inbox and comments quickly and pass qualified leads to the Call Center and Counseling team. • Promote seminars, education fairs and university spot-admission events online. • Keep the website and blog updated with SEO-friendly content. • Track reach, engagement, cost per lead (CPL) and conversions, and submit weekly and monthly reports. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; BBA (Marketing), Mass Communication mostly preferred. • Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00. • Digital marketing training or certification is a plus. • 2-3 years of hands-on digital or social media marketing experience. • Experience in education consultancy, study abroad or immigration is plus. • A portfolio of pages, ads, designs or videos you have made, with results. • Must have video editing skills: able to edit reels and short videos in CapCut. • Must be skilled in Canva for social media posts, banners and thumbnails. • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite. • Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and SEO. • Good copy writing in Bangla and English. • MS Excel for reports. • Photoshop or Premiere Pro knowledge is a plus. • Age: 22-32 years.
