Position: Digital Marketing Executive (Growth & Strategy) Company: Nebs-IT Solution Ltd. Location: South Dania, Jatrabari, Dhaka (On-site) Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekend: Friday & Saturday Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Develop and execute end-to-end lead generation strategies for Website Design, Web Development, and UI/UX Design services. Create content plans, campaign briefs, and storyboards for video and graphic content. Collaborate with the Copywriter, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor to ensure consistent and timely campaign execution. Track campaign performance, monitor KPIs, conduct A/B testing, analyze ROI, and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Requirements 2–3 years of proven experience in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Social Media Strategy. Must have hands-on experience generating leads for Website Design, Web Development, and UI/UX Design services (Agency/IT industry experience is mandatory). Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, and conversion optimization. Ability to coordinate and lead a creative team effectively. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills B2B Lead Generation through LinkedIn targeting founders, product managers, and decision-makers. Experience working with international clients or overseas IT service markets. Familiarity with CRM software and lead nurturing workflows. Candidates residing in Jatrabari or nearby areas will be given preference.
