Key Responsibilities: • Manage, create, modify, and analyze customer orders using WooCommerce and CRM systems. • Provide timely and effective communication to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. • Manage messaging and publishing across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. • Use tools like Google Sheets to track complaints and coordinate with teams regarding pricing and stock updates. • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for every customer interacting with the brand. Work Schedule & Location: • Work from our physical office located in Mirpur 10 (candidates from Mirpur are encouraged to apply). • The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. • The work week consists of 6 days with 1 day off on the weekend. Salary & Compensation: • Monthly salary ranges from 10,000 to 15,000 BDT. • The final salary is negotiable based on your specific experience and skills.
