Type: Part-Time Job Description (JD): • Provide comprehensive guidance and counseling to prospective students regarding study abroad opportunities. • Attend a minimum of 100 successful calls per day to follow up with potential leads. • Address student questions and concerns promptly through professional phone calls and emails. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all student inquiries and their application progress. • Offer expert advice on suitable courses, universities, and available scholarship opportunities. • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with both students and their parents. • Track lead conversions and ensure consistent follow-up management for all inquiries. Requirements & Qualifications: • Must possess strong communication skills in both Bengali and English. • Previous experience in education counseling or customer service will be considered an advantage. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily call targets. • Comfortable handling a high volume of inquiries and making frequent follow-up calls. • Candidates must be professional, responsible, and student-oriented. Working Hours & Salary: • Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM per week. • Salary: Competitive hourly rate with additional performance-based incentives.
