The selected candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment to ensure smooth factory operations. Key Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in the factory • Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution to avoid production delays • Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards and regulations • Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns and provide quick solutions • Monitor power consumption and suggest improvements for energy efficiency • Support regular electrical maintenance activities as required • Follow company safety rules and maintain proper workplace discipline Requirements Education • Diploma in Engineering in Electrical License • Valid ABC license is required Experience • 0–2 years of experience preferred • Experience in the RMG sector will be considered an advantage Required Skills • Knowledge of electrical wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Ability to handle factory electrical equipment and fixtures • Understanding of electrical safety standards • Ability to respond quickly during emergency breakdowns • Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious attitude • Ability to work in a factory environment Salary & Benefits Salary • BDT 15,000 – 20,000 Benefits • Yearly salary review • Insurance coverage • Festival bonus: 2 per year • Free accommodation • Earn leave encashment • Other benefits as per company policy Workplace • Factory-based role Job Location • Araihazar, Narayanganj
