Responsibilities: Network & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, OLT, and ONU devices. Customer Support: Provide prompt technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or remote desktop tools to resolve connectivity issues. Field Support Coordination: Monitor and direct field technicians for on-site installations and repairs. Network Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and prevent downtime. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain logs of technical incidents, generate reports, and manage ticketing systems. Security & Performance: Ensure network security through firewall management and optimize network performance. Requirements: Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN). ISP infrastructure management (MikroTik, Cisco, Huawei OLTs). Knowledge of fiber optic technology (FTTH/GPON). Relevant certifications are highly preferred (e.g., CCNA, MTCNA).
