Job Responsibilities • Develop and execute corporate sales and marketing strategies to accelerate business growth • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and key stakeholders • Generate new corporate sales opportunities for Top Ten Group’s products and services • Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and business presentations • Prepare corporate proposals, quotations, agreements, and sales reports • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management • Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities • Support branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and corporate events Educational Requirements • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline • MBA in Marketing will be considered an added advantage Experience Requirements • 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales & Marketing • Candidates with experience in Retail, Fashion, RMG, FMCG, Corporate Sales, or Group of Companies will get preference Additional Requirements • Age: 25–40 years • Male & Female both are encouraged to apply • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets • Good command of MS Office applications • Smart, proactive, and business-oriented mindset Salary & Benefits • Attractive salary package • Mobile allowance • Sales incentive • Festival bonus • Career growth opportunity • Other benefits as per company policy
