Requirements
• Must have high-level expertise in Tally-ERP
• Must be skilled in maintaining accounts-related books and documents
• Should be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical and reporting skills will be preferred
Responsibilities
• Maintain all accounts-related books and documents, including:
• Cash Book
• Ledger
• Cheque Register
• Stock Register
• Salary Register
• Fixed Assets Register
• Advance Register
• Bank Reconciliation
• Procurement Register
• Prepare and record regular receipts and payment vouchers
• Prepare monthly receipts and payment statements
• Prepare TAX and RJSC related documents
• Check and monitor financial activities, transactions, and expenditures
• Collect and maintain necessary data and cash collection information from the collection team on a daily automated basis
• Perform any other related tasks required by the department and assigned by the Team Leader
• Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
• Capable of handling multiple accounting and administrative tasks efficiently
