Executive /Senior Executive - Support Engineer

🔧 Key Responsibilities: 📌 Analyze project requirements and obtain technical feasibility reports from NTTN partners 📝 Submit work orders and proactively follow up to ensure timely service activation 🤝 Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all NTTNs to ensure seamless communication and uninterrupted operations 📊 Prepare detailed reports and present findings to the team lead regularly 🗃️ Maintain accurate records and manage internal databases efficiently 💪 Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving ability while working under pressure 🎯 Who We're Looking For: Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively Experience in working with NTTNs or telecom service providers is a plus Self-motivated team player with a solution-oriented mindset
