Key Responsibilities: • Acquire and onboard new hosts to expand our property portfolio. • Manage host accounts, optimize their performance, and work to increase property bookings. • Analyze market data to develop competitive pricing and visibility strategies. • Lead sales efforts and marketing activities while maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBA/Honors) in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or the hospitality sector (Freshers are also encouraged to apply). • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and CRM/Excel skills. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: BDT 25,000 – 30,000 per month.
