Executive/Sr. Executive-PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)

MAKALOT BANGLADESH LTD. is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Executive/Sr. Executive – PPIC for its garment manufacturing facility located at Plot 17, Bay Economic Zone Ltd, Kouchakuri, Mouchak, Kaliakair, Gazipur. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the garments industry. This full-time, office-based role involves developing and maintaining production plans and schedules, monitoring inventory levels, managing capacity and material requirements, scheduling production batches, and coordinating with multiple departments including Production, IE, Merchandising, and Store to optimize workflow. Candidates must have strong communication, data analysis, problem-solving, and operational management skills. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, participating in cross-functional meetings, overseeing raw material supply chains, and ensuring quality control.
