Position Executive – Supply Chain Management Company Name Ezma Chemical Industries Vacancy 01 Job Type Full-Time Work Location EMCS Bhaban, Rayerbag, Jatrabari, Dhaka Office Address EMCS Bhaban, 512/23 Rashidbag, Rayerbag, Jatrabari, Dhaka Experience Minimum 3 Years Salary Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications Key Responsibilities • Manage product sourcing from local and international suppliers • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers regarding price, quality, and delivery • Handle purchase orders and procurement-related activities • Coordinate and follow up on CNF/Customs Clearing activities • Monitor import, shipment, and delivery processes • Coordinate with suppliers, CNF agents, and other relevant stakeholders • Prepare and maintain procurement and import-related documentation • Ensure timely availability and delivery of required products/materials Requirements • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Supply Chain Management / Procurement • Practical experience in product sourcing • Basic knowledge of CNF handling and import procedures • Good supplier management and negotiation skills • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office • Strong communication and coordination skills • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities • Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently
