Job Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities through phone sales, email marketing, client prospecting, and market development.
• Communicate with prospective and existing clients, handle customer inquiries, and provide after-sales support while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Maintain customer databases (CRM) and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Plan, publish, and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Organize seminars, workshops, corporate events, promotional activities, and coordinate online training sessions.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge while working independently and contributing to team objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (BBA, BBS, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Service, CRM, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Corporate Communications.
• Experience in corporate training organizations or service-based industries will be preferred.
• Female candidates only (Age: 25–30 years).
• Smart, professional, and presentable with excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and customer service skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with sales aptitude.
• Strong organizational, planning, reporting, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email communication, and internet applications.
