Job Responsibilities: • Installation, commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting of garments machinery. • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and electronic issues. • Provide technical support to customers at factory locations. • Conduct machine inspection, maintenance and repair. • Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding technical issues. • Prepare service reports and maintain proper service records. Requirements: • Education: Diploma/B.Sc. in Mechanical. • Experience: 1-2 years of practical experience in Garments Machinery Service. • Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial/sewing garments machinery will be preferred. • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel to different factory locations when required. • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
