Job Responsibilities: • Contact potential customers through outbound phone calls and digital platforms • Professionally present the company's services to prospective clients • Identify potential leads and conduct regular follow-ups to close sales • Respond to customer inquiries and build long-term customer relationships • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets • Maintain accurate daily sales reports and update the customer database • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service and follow-up Experience: • Freshers are encouraged to apply • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales will be considered an advantage Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Docs • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Salary & Benefits: • Salary: BDT 8,000–12,000 per month • 2 Festival Bonuses per year • Attractive performance-based sales incentives • Friendly and professional work environment • Excellent career growth opportunities Working Schedule: • Job Type: Full-time (Office-based) • Working Days: 6 days per week • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
