Key Responsibilities: • Lead the service team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests. • Supervise F&B Associates and coordinate floor operations during shifts. • Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism. • Ensure all service protocols align with the hotel’s international standards. Requirements: • Minimum Educational Qualification: HSC. • 2-3 years of experience in the Hospitality & Tourism industry (F&B preferred). • Strong leadership and communication skills.
