Key Responsibilities: • Manage overall factory operations including production, maintenance, HR, and store management. • Ensure monthly production targets are met while maintaining smooth daily operations. • Uphold the highest standards for quality, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety. • Supervise the workforce effectively and optimize production planning to increase efficiency. • Control inventory levels, oversee dispatch processes, and manage detailed operational reporting. • Ensure proper machine maintenance to reduce waste and minimize production downtime. • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure full compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Requirements & Qualifications: • Applicants should have a BBA and MBA from a recognized university. • Candidates with an educational background in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering will be given extra preference. • At least 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the Beverage or FMCG industry is required, preferably in production or factory operations. • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for this role. • A deep understanding of production processes, quality control, and factory compliance is necessary.
