Floor In-Charge

Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily activities on the assigned floor. Ensure smooth workflow and proper manpower utilization. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety on the floor. Monitor work quality and productivity targets. Coordinate with supervisors, staff, and management to resolve issues. Prepare and submit daily floor activity reports.
