Job Responsibilities: • Assist in managing daily floor operations and ensure smooth service. • Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. • Coordinate with Waiters, Kitchen Staff and other team members. • Monitor table setup, cleanliness and overall floor presentation. • Assist in taking and coordinating customer orders when required. • Monitor service quality and ensure customers receive timely assistance. • Handle basic customer requests and report complaints or issues to the supervisor. • Support staff in maintaining restaurant service and hygiene standards. • Assist with staff task coordination during busy periods. • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management. Requirements: • Good communication and customer service skills. • Friendly, polite and confident personality. • Responsible, hardworking and punctual. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Basic understanding of restaurant operations is preferred. • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality operations will be an advantage. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
