About the Role: Brand Bucket is looking for a smart, responsible, and experienced Floor Manager to oversee smooth daily floor operations and ensure excellent guest service. Job Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations. • Ensure smooth and efficient service for all guests. • Monitor staff performance and maintain proper discipline. • Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and timely service. • Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally. • Coordinate with kitchen and other teams to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain cleanliness, order, and service standards on the floor. • Support the team in achieving operational and service goals. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar hospitality/restaurant role. • Smart, responsible, and well-organized. • Strong communication and guest-handling skills. • Ability to manage a team and work under pressure. • Customer-focused and service-oriented. • Must be punctual, disciplined, and hardworking. Salary: BDT 15,000–20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
