Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing daily department operations for either Marketing or Operations. • Monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are maintained. • Ensure smooth workflow and assist in resolving operational or client-related issues as they arise. • Maintain organized records of daily activities, shipments, or sales reports. • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure targets and deadlines are met. • Uphold company policies and ensure a safe and professional working environment. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Minimum HSC or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • Experience: Previous experience in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry is preferred. • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Traits: Disciplined, organized, and capable of working under pressure. • Proficiency: Basic computer skills (MS Office) for reporting purposes.
