Employment Status: Project-based Key Responsibilities: • Develop secure backend APIs using Java and Spring Boot. • Design and maintain robust PostgreSQL database architecture. • Implement core BNPL modules, including order management, installments, merchant settlement, and ledger systems. • Integrate third-party payment gateways and MFS (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, PortWallet, etc.). • Develop workflows for KYC, risk scoring, Trust Ladder, and auto-debit processes. • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards for admin, merchants, reconciliation, and system monitoring. • Adhere to clean coding practices, API security, audit logging, and release discipline. Qualifications & Requirements: • Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, React / Next.js, Redis, Git, and REST API. • Technical Expertise: Experience with API gateways, authentication, token-based security, and building transaction-safe systems. • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of ledger systems, repayment logic, and financial reconciliation. • Experience: Previous experience in Fintech, payment, lending, BNPL, wallet, or e-commerce platforms is highly preferred. • Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive financial data; ability to work collaboratively in a project-based environment.
