Quality assurance: Implement and monitor all buyer quality requirements at every stage of production, from incoming materials to finished goods. Inspection and audits: Conduct various quality checks, including Pre-production (PP) meetings, inline sewing and finishing inspections, pre-final, and final inspections. Buyer liaison: Act as the factory's point of contact for buyer QC, ensuring the factory is ready for final inspections. Documentation and reporting: Prepare and maintain quality-related documents, such as sample files, inspection reports, and buyer-specific reports, and submit them to the buying office. Production monitoring: Oversee the production floor to identify and resolve quality issues, ensure measurements are correct, and maintain washing and packaging standards. Problem-solving: Advise on and help resolve quality issues, make decisions on quality parameters, and cooperate with the production and QC teams. Sample management: Prepare, review, and get approval for various samples, including PP, shipment, and test samples.
