Job Responsibilities: • Create engaging designs for social media posts, campaigns, banners, posters, and promotional materials. • Develop creative concepts according to campaign requirements and brand guidelines. • Design packaging, product labels, menus, and other F&B-related marketing materials. • Create attractive graphics for food, beverage, and promotional campaigns. • Develop motion graphics and short promotional content for digital platforms. • Edit and enhance product photos for marketing purposes. • Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative materials. • Prepare designs according to different social media platform requirements and formats. • Coordinate with Marketing, Social Media, and Management teams. • Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines. • Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality. • Stay updated with current graphic design, branding, and social media trends. Requirements: • Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, composition, and visual communication. • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. • Knowledge of Canva and other relevant design tools will be an advantage. • Experience in social media posts, banners, campaigns, packaging, menus, and promotional designs. • Experience with F&B, café, restaurant, or consumer brands will be an added advantage. • Experience in a design, advertising, creative, or marketing agency will be highly preferred. • Strong creative mindset and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to take feedback and revise designs according to brand requirements. • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, and packaging design work is highly preferred.
