• Work under the guidance of Manager (Business) and MMM • Design compelling social media creatives, banners, posters, thumbnails, infographics, and course visuals. • Maintain brand consistency in all graphics across platforms (Facebook, YouTube, website, email, app). • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to design ads, campaign creatives, and promotional materials. • Create visually engaging presentations, brochures, eBooks, and event materials. • Design UI elements for app/web if required (preferred but not mandatory) • Edit educational videos, promotional ads, faculty interviews, and student testimonials for YouTube and social media. • Add appropriate subtitles, background music, motion graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance visual impact. • Create Reels, Shorts, and TikTok videos tailored for high engagement. • Maintain organized archives of all design and video files. • Report daily to MMM • Other duties assigned by CEO
