Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. • Develop and maintain high-quality standards for Continental and Western dishes. • Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations. • Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the relevant field is preferred. • Specialization: Expertise in preparing Continental and Western food. • Attributes: Strong leadership skills, professional work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary & Benefits: • Monthly Salary: BDT 35,000 – 40,000 (Based on experience). • Benefits: On-duty meals and accommodation provided.
