Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Indian, Thai, and Chinese dishes according to restaurant standards. Plan menus and ensure food quality, taste, and presentation. Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen operations. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen. Manage kitchen inventory, ingredients, and food supplies. Ensure timely food preparation and service during busy hours. Train and guide junior kitchen staff when necessary.
