Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the sample and CAD department • Supervise pattern making, marker planning, and sample development activities • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of samples • Coordinate with merchandising, production, and technical teams • Monitor quality and fitting requirements of samples • Maintain departmental performance and reporting Compensation & Benefits • Salary and other benefits as per company policy
