Head of Supply Chain

Spearhead a wide range of cost-cutting projects aimed at optimizing the financial performance of the Supply Chain Department; Develop strategies to minimize expenditure related to the procurement of raw materials, ensuring efficient sourcing and cost-effective supplier relationships; Ensure Yarn forecast vs availability; Collaborate with DPD, R&D and M&M and other relevant departments; Develop supplier base for special yarn and fabric; Regular Vendor evaluation through vendor performance report; Increase number of vendors based on price competitiveness and delivery; Ensure procurement of high-quality products; Capacity development of the department employees through at least 1 knowledge sharing session within the team per month; Enhance department and employee efficiency through successor building, Performance Management and business automation (e.g. work order, requisition approval etc.)
