Job Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure maximum cleanliness. • Inspect guest rooms and public areas strictly to maintain resort hygiene standards. • Train and manage housekeeping staff to deliver high-quality hospitality services. • Coordinate with the front office to ensure rooms are ready for guest check-ins. • Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and linen to prevent any shortages. Requirements & Benefits: • Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel industry is required. • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role is highly preferred. • Candidates should have a Degree or a Hotel Management Diploma. • The age limit for this position is between 20 to 35 years. • Competitive salary will be provided based on negotiation and experience. • Fully company-provided accommodation and meals are included. • Two festival bonuses and annual increments are part of the benefits.
