HR & Compliance

‎1. Maintain and update all compliance & HR -related documentation and records. ‎2. Ensure the factory complies with all applicable labor laws, buyer standards and internal policies. ‎3. Conduct regular audits, inspections and training sessions to uphold compliance and safety standards. ‎4. Should have well-experience BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, C-TPAT, RSC, Better work, Higg etc. ‎5. Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances and employee relations professionally. ‎6. Prepare compliance reports for management and buyer audits. ‎7. Any other work assigned by the authority.
