Hub Manager

Urgent Hiring! Bahok Courier is looking for an Hub Manager, 𝗛𝘂𝗯 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 for the 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. Key Responsibilities •Ensure all morning parcels are received and scanned according to compliance protocols; coordinate timely dispatch with agents * Coordinate the parcel management and distribute the work pressure in the morning shift * Perform parcel-wise reconciliation every morning and flag issues such as damage, non-receipt, or excess receipts as per compliance * Hub operation planning, implementation and execution of developed process and assess the feasibility in formulating Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements * Calculate hub health parameters and conduct Week-over-Week & Month-over-Month trend analysis * Hub performance and conduct periodic training session for the hub team & agent fleet * Engage in daily operations to resolve issues and act as a liaison with various stakeholders as per requirements Requirements * Minimum 1–3 years experience in similar position in courier, delivery, or logistics (preferred) * Bachelor's Degree from any subject. * Strong leadership & team management skills * Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges * Basic computer literacy (Excel, routing tools, dashboard handling) * Good communication & problem-solving skills Job Location: Mirpur What We Offer * Competitive salary package [Nagutiatiable] * Professional growth opportunities * Supportive and collaborative work environment How to Apply https://forms.gle/sPNvFeaWzncTGgmV
