Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard minute values (SMV) for different shoe styles and operations. Assist in line balancing, capacity planning, and setting daily production targets for the factory floor. Monitor worker performance, identify production bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement methods. Requirements & Experience: Proven experience working as an Industrial Engineering (IE) professional, specifically within the leather or footwear industry. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, and hands-on experience with time-study tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work closely with production teams to meet targets.
