WE ARE HIRING Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills Key Responsibilities: • Develop interior design concepts for residential, commercial, office, industrial, and hospitality projects • Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, flooring plans, and construction drawings • Create 3D models, renderings, mood boards, and presentation materials • Select and specify FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) • Select materials, finishes, lighting fixtures, and decorative accessories • Prepare BOQ, specifications, and design documentation • Conduct client meetings and present design proposals • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project teams • Monitor site execution and ensure project progress • Maintain design quality, project timeline, and budget requirements • Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with approved design standards Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in interior design projects • Strong understanding of Space Planning, Interior Design Principles, Construction Drawings, and Interior Detailing • Experience in FF&E selection and specification • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and relevant design software • Strong creativity, visualization skills, and attention to detail • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in turnkey interior projects • Knowledge of construction met • Experience working with multidisciplinary design and engineering teams How to Apply: Share your updated CV, Portfolio, and Expected Salary WhatsApp: 01716238500
