Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase Surgery, IPD, and OPD patient inflow • Manage leads, strengthen referral sources, and improve conversion rates • Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, banks, and embassies • Ensure regular patient referrals and smooth coordination for corporate patients • Conduct regular field visits to engage with external consultants, doctors, rural medical practitioners, clinics, diagnostic centers, and referral doctors • Enhance and sustain referral networks through relationship management • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, health camps, outreach programs, CME sessions, digital promotions, and branding initiatives • Ensure strong visibility of Apollo Impeerial Hospitals • Conduct market research to track patient trends and business opportunities • Prepare strategic reports with data-driven recommendations • Maintain accurate documentation of marketing activities, patient leads, corporate interactions, and referral updates • Prepare regular reports and collaborate with internal departments for operational improvement
