Shoe Technical Manager (Footwear)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the full footwear production process, including pattern making, sample development, and quality control. 2. Ensure product quality meets buyer specifications and international standards. 3. Coordinate with the production, planning, and QA teams to ensure smooth operations. 4. Identify production issues and provide technical solutions to improve efficiency. 5. Monitor material consumption, wastage, and production cost control. 6. Lead, guide, and train technical and production teams when required. 7. Maintain effective communication with buyers, merchandisers, and suppliers. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Footwear Engineering / Leather Technology / Relevant technical field. 2. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a managerial/technical role. 3. Strong knowledge of shoe construction, materials, quality standards, and production processes. 4. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and improve production efficiency. 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
