Position Overview: We are looking for smart, dynamic, and result-driven sales professionals to join our expanding team. The role involves a balance of office-based activities and on-site client engagements, where you will identify business opportunities, pitch IT solutions, and successfully close deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across multiple industries. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Present and promote IT solutions (ERP, Software, and Digital Services) to prospective clients. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure successful deal closures. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain an organized sales pipeline with regular reporting and forecasting. Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure solutions align with client needs. Requirements: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client management (preferably in IT/software/technology). Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s / Honours degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bangla & English. Smart, confident, and energetic personality with a professional presence. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with both fieldwork and office responsibilities. Familiarity with IT/software solutions will be considered an added advantage. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary. Attractive commission structure (performance-driven earnings).
