Requirements: Educational Qualification: Textile Engineering / Diploma in Textile Freshers are encouraged to apply Basic knowledge of garments production process will be preferred Must be sincere, punctual, hardworking, and eager to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Basic computer knowledge/MS Excel will be an advantage Duty Time: 10 Hours Job Responsibilities: Assist in line balancing and production efficiency monitoring Support time study, capacity study, and target setting activities Collect and update daily production data Assist senior IE team in improving productivity and reducing wastage Monitor process flow and help identify bottlenecks Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams Prepare basic IE reports as required by management
