Job Responsibilities: Prepare coffee, tea, juice, milkshakes, and other beverages according to customer orders. Assist in making coffee items such as Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Americano, etc. Follow instructions from the Senior Barista/Manager. Properly use and clean coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment. Provide polite, friendly, and professional customer service. Keep the service counter and barista station clean and organized. Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, straws, and other ingredients. Prepare orders quickly and accurately for the service team/customers. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Support the team in kitchen/service tasks when required. Requirements: Must be interested in working as a Jr. Barista. Experience in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant will be preferred. Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is an advantage. Must maintain cleanliness and hygiene at work. Should be polite, responsible, hardworking, and punctual. Must have a positive attitude toward customer service. Ability to work well in a team. Ability to work quickly under pressure.
