Job Responsibilities: • Dealer, Distributor ও Showroom নিয়মিত Visit করে Sales বৃদ্ধি করা। • নতুন Dealer ও Customer তৈরি করা এবং সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা। • Market Demand, Competitor Product, Price ও Market Situation পর্যবেক্ষণ করা। • Dealer/Customer-এর কাছ থেকে Order Collection করা। • Product Delivery ও Payment/Collection Follow-up করা। • নির্ধারিত মাসিক ও বার্ষিক Sales Target অর্জন করা। • মার্কো পোলো ও মিলানো ব্র্যান্ডের পণ্যের বৈশিষ্ট্য সম্পর্কে Customer-কে জানানো। • নিয়মিত Market Report ও Customer Feedback প্রদান করা। Requirements: • স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে স্নাতক/সমমান। • 2-5 বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা। • Sanitary Ware, Tiles, Building Materials বা সংশ্লিষ্ট Sales/Marketing অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার। • ভালো Communication ও Customer Handling Skill। • Dealer/Showroom/Customer Management-এ দক্ষতা। • মাঠ পর্যায়ে নিয়মিত কাজ ও ভ্রমণের মানসিকতা। • Sales Target অর্জনের জন্য উদ্যমী ও ফলাফলমুখী হতে হবে। Benefits: • TA/DA, Provident Fund ও Service Benefit কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী।
