Job Responsibilities: • Dealer, Distributor ও Showroom নিয়মিত Visit করে Sales বৃদ্ধি করা। • নতুন Dealer ও Customer তৈরি এবং বিদ্যমান Customer-এর সঙ্গে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা। • Market Visit-এর মাধ্যমে বাজারের চাহিদা, প্রতিযোগী পণ্য ও মূল্য পর্যবেক্ষণ করা। • Dealer/Customer-এর কাছ থেকে Order Collection করা। • Delivery ও Payment/Collection নিয়মিত Follow-up করা। • নির্ধারিত Sales Target অর্জন করা। • মার্কো পোলো ও মিলানো ব্র্যান্ডের স্যানিটারি ওয়্যারের বৈশিষ্ট্য Customer-এর কাছে তুলে ধরা। • নিয়মিত Sales Report ও Customer Feedback প্রদান করা。 Requirements: • স্নাতক বা সমমানের ডিগ্রি। • 2-5 বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা। • Sanitary Ware, Tiles, Building Materials বা সংশ্লিষ্ট Sales/Marketing অভিজ্ঞতা অগ্রাধিকার। • ভালো Communication ও Customer Management Skill থাকতে হবে। • Dealer ও Customer Relationship Management-এ দক্ষ হতে হবে। • নিয়মিত Market Visit ও Travel করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে। • Target-oriented ও দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে। • সংশ্লিষ্ট এলাকার Market সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার। Benefits: • TA/DA, Provident Fund ও Service Benefit কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী।
